I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. As I knew I could be a successful person I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to show me what success meant. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Although the salary and position was good but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. It was more like I was just spending my time. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was working out. I also liked getting out and about to help others. In the process of pursuing this new direction in life, I discovered personal training. In 2014, I started my own small business and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to lead a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. When my work began to take off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my lifethat of losing my mother. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart at all times. Life really does have the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in this moment. The loss of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and give me a second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It's as if that I'm living my life, and not just existing. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to know that you are far more capable than anything else that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed as health is the greatest form of wealth. Since death is the only thing that we can have I wish you a great time in your life and die without regrets.
